Question about hole punching

Hey guys,

I did a brief search and didn't find what I was looking for. Sorry if the question has already been asked and answered. I just did the hole punching practice set in KBB. I missed two. My question is, though, can the paper be rotated around after it's been folded? What are the limits on the rotations?

Or can the paper only be folded?
