Question about how to apply for AACOMAS fee waiver

Hey guys

So I realize it may be pretty late now, but I thought I'd give it a shot anyway. The directions say that the button for the "Fee Assistance Program" would show up once you click your name in the top right corner. So I did that in the Dashboard but it just shows "Instructions and FAQs, My Profile, Sign Out". Can someone help me out here please? Obviously I must be doing something wrong. By the way, I have 3/4 of the application complete and not the entire thing, if that matters.

The button to apply to the fee assistance program was removed because there are no more to give out. They were all claimed by the end of May, beginning of June I believe.

I just logged into my account a few minutes ago, and the option is available again. I guess some people let theirs expire.
