Question about interview invite I just got...

I know this is a dumb question, but I just got an interview invite from MOSDOH, and it instructed me to go to a calendar and pick an interview date, which I did. But it also said "You must reply online or directly to the Office of Admissions within 3 weeks of receiving this email or your application will be canceled." I'm probably overthinking this, but do you guys think this means reserve my spot on the calendar as well as reply online somewhere, or reserving my spot on the calendar IS replying online.

I received this " " message and just wanted to confirm with an admissions rep that the interview date is in fact scheduled. I am looking forward to visiting the school, thanks again for your consideration

It just means use their system to pick a date OR email them.
