Question about Letters of Evaluation (AADSAS)

My advisor told me about 2 weeks ago, he was sending my committee letter the next day....So my letter should have been sent, however when I look at my app status on AADSAS, it lists my evaluator, but the status is listed as "new", without a date-received listed....does anyone know if it takes AADSAS a while to process the LOE's, or perhaps he just did not send it?


(I didn't contact HIM until now, because I wanted to give it some time, tho I sent him an email and left him a voicemail earlier today, but have not heard back from him yet.)

He has not sent your letter. As soon as he submits you letter in their website, the status will change to complete with a date and time.

AADSAS does not take time to process LOE. When they receive your letter, they mail it in with their next mailing.

I'm in the same boat! My school's pre-health committee STILL has not sent out my committee letter. :/

I'm assuming it was physically mailed as opposed to submitting online. I'm not sure how long that takes in comparison, or if there is any wait/verification period, but I just thought I would point that out.

Mine was physically mailed, and it took approx. 2 weeks before I received an update on AADSAS. I don't know if it may take longer later in the application period, but my guess is if he had sent it out like he said he would, it should arrive within the next few days.
