Most schools have requirements about a certain number of credits in bio/physics/chem/etc.

On the secondaries that ask me to list the coursework, am I supposed to list intro coursework? If I took additional upper levels, does it matter if I list those?

Yes, the schools want to know that you have taken the med school prereqs (2 semesters of gen chem, bio, physics (and their labs), 1 semester of biochem, and usually some English and math courses). Don't list the upper level courses unless they explicitly say to do so.

Alright. I was confused by one school that gave me room to put in one single date for when I completed the prereqs, and I wasn't sure what date to put for bio because I took intro bio classes and a bunch of upper level bio classes. When I asked them about this I was told to "put the most recent date". So I put the date that I took an upper level bio course.

I guess the error is on my part since I technically completed the pre req requirement earlier than the date I put on the application.
Should I call and tell them I made an error?

My school doesn't ask for this information so I have no idea how to answer your question, Isn't the term in which you took each course on your AMCAS? I don't know why schools are asking for these dates.

Alright, thanks for the responses. Yes, but some schools do ask for this information. Maybe it gives them quick reference for essential information

I've seen this in the apps of a few schools this year.
You (the applicant) provide free labor as you go through your transcript and pick out the courses that fulfill that school's prerequisites.
I'm sure an office staff member will repeat this verification later for the applicants they offer admission to, checking your work!

Are they asking for the grade you earned in the class, as well? Some schools calculate a separate prerequisite GPA to enable a head-to-head comparison among candidates, using more similar parameters.
No, just the date completed
