Question about logging into AKO

Hey guys,

I have my AKO ID and PW set up by my recruiter.
But everytime I try to log in at home (using without CAC), it would not let me.
I understand that it must be something with security issue but how am I supposed to get it to work?

You may need to input entries for the "Knowledge Based Authentication" keywords. What's the exact error message you're getting? There's also a contact email and phone number for AKO access on the home page.
