Question about LOR Timing

I understand that we can submit our AADSAS application before the LORs come in — one of my professors, however, will be gone from mid-May till late June. If she were to submit her LOR late June, would that affect which batch of applications my own application falls under (all other professors will be in country)? Would I be better off making an Interfolio account for all of my LORs so I can make sure the LORs come in as early as possible?
