Question about LORs and deadlines

So the deadline for all the schools I am applying to is around January and February. But there's this one school's deadline that's in the beginning of December. It only requires two LORs, but some of the other schools with later deadlines require three, and I was hoping to use Oct - Dec as a time to get to know the teachers more.

Does this mean I have to send in all three LORs by the beginning of December? 🙁 I've been looking around on whether I can edit my application afterwards, but they say I can only change the evaluator information, and nothing about adding a new reference.

You can still add a new reference after you submit your PharmCAS app.
