question about LORs

for some DO schools, they request a LOR from a physician, but my school sends out a committee packet. as a part of the committee requirement, i was required to submit to them one letter from a doctor, which I did. so do i still need to send in that same rec again? btw, my undergrad was jhu. do you know if they send out all the letters that the committee receives or just one comprehensive one?

Penn State sends out the committee letter plus all LORs in a rather hefty packet 🙂
