I'm sorry if this question has already been asked! But, can you submit additional letters of recommendation to schools after you submit their secondaries? Thank you!

We can't really tell you about every school. You will have to contact each school and specifically ask them their policy on LOR. Some schools will accept LOR after the completion of the secondary.
