I would lessen the social anxiety part and trying to focus on your achievements. It should mostly be about why you want to be a pharmacist. I would also leave out that you didn't want to go to med school because of it. I would just say that your ocher teacher inspired you to be a pharmacist. They really only look at the letter to weed people out its not the most important part they look at your gap first and if you make it past that then they look at the letter so I would focus more on your achomplisments and why you want to be a pharmacist.
