I havent taken Physics II

and I will be taking it next year Fall semester,,,,,

Does it matter if I still don't take it when I apply next summer ?

or is it going to be fine as long as I finish it before I graduate?

Is there any disadvantage ?

You can get accepted into a dental school without physics, or a few other prerequisites, so long as you complete them before matriculation. If you browse through different school's websites you'll see that some state that they highly rec. completion of all prerequisites before applying while other schools state that all prerequisites must be completed just before matriculation. Look into the schools you are interested in and figure out what you want to do.

Common misunderstanding (and general rule) is that all schools will accept you as long as you finish all your PreReqs before matriculation. However, this is not true for all schools. Some require you to have completed all PreReqs, or at least officially planned for (for example on AADSAS) in order for your application to be considered. LECOM is an example of this
