I am practicing RC and the passages are pretty long and difficult to understand. What is the best way to improve on this? I take notes on every paragraph, but can't get a good grade also by the time I am done reading a passage, I have lke 3-4 min to answer the questions which is not enough time.. How much time do you guys have after reading the passage?
