Question About Recommendation Letter For Specific School

I've been working on a healthcare project and it allows me to showcase traits that a certain school looks for that's one of my top choices. Should I have my mentor send a letter specifically for that school? This would be in addition to the letter he already submitted that the school has already received but this would be tailored specifically for them.
