Question about Recommendation letter not received yet

My letter packet was received by AMCAS and processed long time ago. Looks like some schools already received my letters via AMCAS but one of them did not yet receive it. Should I just wait a little longer? Or what should I do?
Do letters reach at each school at different times usually?

I have noticed that some schools appear to have the letters automatically uploaded while others seem to take forever to process them. I have no idea what they are doing differently, but there's definitely a difference in the entire admissions process.
