Question about recommendation letters?

I have five recommendation letters total, two of which are from science professors. However, one of these science professor letters is probably just OK. I don't necessarily want to send it to all my schools. Would it reflect negatively upon me if I submit 4 letters total, one of which being from a science professor?

I'm doing that, a good few of the schools I am applying to do not require 2 science recs. Regardless I'm wondering if it would look bad if I only submit one science rec?
