Question about repeated courses, AMCAS

Hi guys,

I took cell biology and withdrew, so on my transcript I have a W
I retook it the next semester and got an A.

Is this considered a repeated course? (where I mark both as repeated)
OR
Do I make the Withdraw attempt as Withdrew and not mark the second attempt with a special tag

I called them yesterday and told them the situation and they told me to do it as repeated, but then I read that line too. I'm pretty confused. Do you think they gave me wrong information?

I took a course again after withdrawing, and it wasn't marked as a repeat. The less R's on your record, the better, probably.
