So after looking at the CURRICULUM for the AP program at RFU, it appears that 8 of the courses are medical level classes. If you are accepted into RFU for medicine afterwards, do those credits transfer over, or will you need to retake them?

The credits transfer over if you do the AP program and matriculate at RFU's med school (Chicago Medical School). You don't have to retake. The following year you will be an MS1A (first year medical student with advanced standing) and you complete the rest of the first year medical school courses that you didn't take. Here's part of a recent thread that discussed what you can do during that year: http://forums.studentdoctor.net/showthread.php?t=188941&page=2
