Hello to everyone,

Do you know if the day of the exam matters for the comp score? For example, if two people had exactly the same questions and had identical scores, would be the comp score different according to the day of the exam? What I mean, the scores of the rest of the candidates for those days will make a difference in calculating someone's comp score?

I am asking this, because I do not understand how they compare your score with the national average. Is the average for that day, for that week, year, or what is the time frame for that average?

Thank you.

Please try to answer my question. Is really important for me to find out!

Thanks a lot.

hi..ur performance vl be compared to other students who hv given the exam over a period of a couple of months..not just one day specifically...

I had talk to ADA regarding this issue and you would be surprise to know. They told me how we score with the national mean based on the answer that you have jolt down on the day of exam is not given to the public, Soooooooo,,,, just try to answer or guess to the best of your knowledge and have yourself in to a slot called LUCKY-ONES. 👍

Thanks to everyone who took the time to answer my question. But I still do not understand! Is your performance compared to the people who took the exam that day, or the average scores for the exam over several months?
I read ADA candidate guide but they do not mention anything about what average they are talking about.

Thanks a lot.

If I were to take a guess, they might actually consider the average for 1 month (like Jan, Feb etc). SO, if highly competitive folks (wild thought) are to take the exam in June, it would be very competitive to score well.
