Question about selecting a med school

I am currently a teacher in Los Angeles. My interest is in urban health care. I am trying to decide between USC and Univ. of Michigan. Are there any thoughts out there one way or the other?

out of state schools are alot harder to gain acceptance, so consider this when applying.

If you are accepted already, then congrats.

Michigan Med isn't exactly in an urban area. Although they are working on building partnerships with some hospitals in the Detroit area, Ann Arbor is really a middle class/white collar population.
