Question about submitting secondaries

Whats the consensus about submitting secondaries before an official secondary invite?

Just wondering since I won't be verified for another 2-3 weeks and want to be complete right after my primary is sent to schools.

Just hold onto them. Most schools won't give you access yet anyway.
