question about telling adcoms what I am doing now

Hey guys ... is it very important to keep all adcoms informed about my job right now? I'm starting to think it is. If so, what format should I use? Should I just write a letter and say,

"I just wanted to inform you that I work for a healthcare company/doing research/volunteer work" and that I would love for you to consider me for an interview.

???

I'm saying, I handed in my app a long time ago, and this current job experience wasn't on the AMCAS. Thanks guys.

yeah, do it! I sent update letters about a month ago. just write a letter. can't hurt, can only help, especially if it was not on AMCAS, they need to know.
