question about the COMBINED nbde 1 and 2 ?

I heard that in 2015 the nbde 1 and 2 are going to be combined. Does this mean if you passed part 1, and you dont pass part 2 before Dec 31 2014, you will automatically have to take the combined test? that is, the grade on the part 1 and all that effort means nothing?

Can somebody please explain?

No, it means that u will have the option of taking pt 2 or the combined exam. They are still working on the logistics of that issue, but the gist of it is that students already taken pt 1 wont have to suffer for the changes..
