Question about transcript and aadsas coursework (some words get cut off) what to do?

Hey guys i'm transfering my coursework to the application. The problem is on my transcript there isn't room so they put for example for Elementary Statistics it says on my transcript Elementary Stati , or for Biological Anthropology it got cut off and say Biological Anth.

How should i put it in the application? Should i put the whole word in even though it says write it exactly as it shows on the transcript or just put the half words that got cut off on my transcript?

I would appreciate it if you guys could answer this its really bothering me!!

um, it says to put down exactly as it appears on your transcript. I have the same thing with mine. If my transcript uses an abbrv. than I copied it directly into the field.

you just put down as much as you can. they will check it with official transcripts later so dont worry.

There is NO guessing. AADSAS says bluntly to input it EXACTLY as it appears on your transcript. If your transcript says Biolog Sci I for Biological Science I, then input Biolog Sci I.

It's pretty simple actually....follow directions.

i've never seen my official transcript. can i assume the wording is the same as on my "unofficial" transcript which i can access from my school's website?

if BIO 102 Introduction to Biology appears as BIO 102 Intro to Biol. on my unofficial transcript, can I assume it also is BIO 102 Intro to Biol. on my official transcript, or might it be written out completely?

YUP my exact question!! No there are lab classes for example General Chemistry lab there isn't enough room for lab so all they have is General Chemistry and the lab part didn't make it. Or Biological Psychology all they put was Biological Psycho, its not really abbreviated there just wasn't enough room on the transcripts to put it all in so it just cut it off. I'ma call em up tuesday and find out.

So with our college transcripts, we put it into the aadsas application? Do we still have to send our transcripts to the schools we're applying to, because when I went to the open house for UDM, it says I needed to send my official transripts to to aadsas and to UDM, because aadsas doesn't forward transcripts to dental schools anymore? 😕

At my school at least (university of michigan) the unofficial transcript online is worded the same as the real transcript (I compared the two). But you better check your school just to make sure..
