Hi everyone!
I had a really quick question about transcripts. I will be applying to pharmacy school for the next cycle and I was curious as to whether or not the schools I would be applying to would know if I took a class at a community college but didn't report it to them or send that transcript to them?
I took one class at a community college and I got a B. I just don't see the point in reporting it since I received a B and it's not a prerequisite. Anyone know if the pharmacy schools would know? Thanks for your help!

What class is it for?

It's best to just report it in case, for whatever reason, a school finds out and asks about it. Not disclosing something can easily be derived as you are trying to hide something. Best to just be up front about it.

Plus, one B isn't gonna swing your GPA much one way or another.

If you are applying through PharmCAS then you're required to list all the colleges/universities you attended, the courses you took there and the grades you got. You will also have to submit your transcripts for these institutions to PharmCAS. So if you are applying to schools through PharmCAS, then yes your schools will know.

It was an adolescent pysch class. I technically got a B+ but the community college I attended only reports grades as an A, B or C, no pluses or minuses.

Thank you Phathead and Miza for your help! I understand what you guys are saying and it makes sense. Thank you!

It's academic dishonesty to not report all your grades and it's unfair to your fellow applicants that report all and not just "pretty grades". It says it clearly on the pharmcas when you fill it out, that you must enter all your grades.
