Apparently the consensus on USMLERx is that it's the easiest of the question banks, but is that still the case if you set the blocks to have only medium and hard questions? I'm finding these to be significantly more challenging than most things I see on UWorld and that's stressing me out. Anyone who's gone through Rx feel the same way?

I actually thought Rx was more challenging earlier on in the study process, as there is more straight recall. UWorld requires more analysis and thinking, but they give you a lot more clues along the way...

Do you review the whole attachment or you just read the point the question stresses each time and annotate?
If I do the former, Rx will take me forever..

I did Uworld first. Then I started on Rx, and honestly Rx feels more difficult. Maybe it has trickier questions. Some questions, they dont even have an FA quote to go with, they definitely test some very difficult subjects.

If you look at a few past history threads most people put the medium/hards in the same realm as UW. I just think like 40-50% of the qbank is "easy" questions and that's why overall it is easier.

I did Rx first throughout the year and finished it up during the first 2 weeks of my study period. I found there were many topics that were tested repeatedly such as leucovorin rescue and B12 deficiency. As you near the end of the qbank your percentage inevitably goes up because you've learned from the qbank itself how to answer its future questions. So in my opinion challenging yes, but I found a rapid increase in my percent correct when I was around 60% completed.

Well, that would happen with any qbank out there, regardless of its difficulty, if you hammer it continuously.

Is doing USMLERx + FA enough? I thought I'd do Rx first and then UWorld, but Rx is taking me a lot longer than anticipated and I have to write my exam at the end of this month. I'm halfway thru Rx.

So, if I have a thorough knowledge of Rx + FA (and not touching Uworld at all), would that be enough to hit a 230?

Take an online NBME.
