I have been trying to plan my interviews recently and have the issue of what to do with my bag! What do people do with it? I am in the expensive gap of car rental age and was looking to try and save money by using the hotel shuttle to get to and from the airport/interviews! The problem there is with most hotel checkouts being at 12ish I'd have to be checked out of the hotel and interviews are still going on after that so I feel like renting a car and thus storing my bag in the trunk is my only option! Any suggestions?

Schools will often have space for you to put your stuff. Otherwise, the hotels may provide a similar service. Contact each ahead of time to find out whether they can help you with that.

You can always leave your luggage at the hotel and pick it up after the interview. That is what I'm doing and I know some hotels have a closet or they open a room to store it for you for safety. It's not a big deal for them.

Do the pharmacy schools pay for the airplane ticket and hotel service for you or do you have to?

I almost blew a lung laughing. I assume this was a joke?

I had to laugh a little also. But, since she asked...

Always remember, whomever is paying the compensation pays for the travel/lodging. Ex: You pay the school tuition, you pay the hotel. A new job prospect would pay you salary, they pay the hotel. Etc

😡 no it wasn't; it was for real
I have to spend $300 dollars on the Pharmcas Application then at least $300 on supplemental applications and money on travel (don't know the cost) geez. The pharmacy school staff members are stupid people.

Now I have an excuse to annoy you some more :meanie:
and Kansas Pharmer

No need for the meanie face; it is just funny that you think the schools are going to help you out. Simply put, that is not going to happen.

All right guys, this is not going to fly with me (ha! get it?). I will start editing posts if you make me.

A lot is two words. Two. I will not tolerate further misuse of this word.

LOL well I think this post went a little loony. I think we'd all be dreaming if travel was paid!

You do know that the correct grammar is ALL RIGHT... Two words... 😀

Words not word, a lot is two words. Two 😛

I really think y'all are missing the point.

You're missing the point. You're comment clearly shows that you're very confused about the words 'a lot' (and alright), so why bother correcting other people when you can't even get your head straight.😛😛😛

Anyone want to donate $1,000 to me? Anyone?

Oddly, not all grammar mistakes annoy me. For that I refer you to crazybob. I have a very particular annoyance, if it helps think of me as an antibody against a very specific antigen.

Anyone want to donate $1,000 to me? Anyone?

Sure, $1,000 internet dollars are yours. Your welcome. Or is it you're welcome? :meanie:

My apologies, I actually meant to say a'ight. How embarrassing.

Is there even a spelling for that guttural sound? I had thought I only had one grammar pet peeve (irregardless) but I had forgotten about a'ight, aye'ite, eye'iat, what the F ever that thing is... :meanie:

That is the most useless thing anyone has ever given me.
Even more useless than owle dollars. 🙄

PM me if MWU CPG doesn't have a spot or you can't figure something else out. Since we're going the same day, if nothing else, you can probably stick it in my car trunk. Just don't bring anything that'll get ruined by / explode in a little heat... :meanie:
