question about "why do you want to attend ______" essay

on the 2ndary from meharry, it says "Please indicate why you wish to attend Meharry Medical College, School of Medicine?"


should i give the general answer (like cut / paste from my personal statement) and end it with something along the lines of "meharry will allow me......" and thats it?


or should i specifically say i wanna attend meharry because of _____??

They're looking to see that you actually are interested in the school and want to attend, rather than applying all over haphazardly. I would suggest you do some research on the school's website, find aspects of the curriculum, student life, etc. that interest you, and write about that. If you use something generic, they'll recognize it.
