Hey everyone!

We have begun systems this semester, right now I am in neuro, and I am running into a complete lack of practice questions. I have kaplan's step 1 package with practice questions and firecracker, but I was wondering if anyone had a good resource for more practice questions for the organ systems.

Does your school provide a Q bank? We get TrueLearn (COMBANK) and they have a USMLE bank that I use. We also get Kaplan so I alternate using those two as I go through systems

USMLERx, Pastest, Robbins question book for pathology specific questions. I would do them in the following order: Pastest while you're learning, USMLERX when are feeling comfortable with most of the material (2-weeks out from exam), Robbins the week of exam to refresh any path specific topics or catch things you didn't review/learn. And then your class based practice questions if your professors post any.

Yes we have Kaplan! I definitely use all the videos while I'm learning, but I'm still trying to get the hang of the QBank.

Yeah don’t worry about the videos, I don’t think they are very good. If you want to do the Q bank with systems I suggest you go through all the material first and then the week before the final just do like an hour or two of questions a day from that system (or systems if you do multiple at once). I do them in little 10 question quizzes with a 20 questioner thrown in sometimes. I feel like it really helped with with cardio so it might be worth a shot.

Oh and make sure you read the explanation for every question too as it explains stuff pretty decently
