Some of the residents and faculty are working with me to update this CD-ROM for medical students and primary care providers: http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/t...002-8786584-0040036?v=glance&s=books&n=507846 This CD-ROM is out of print, but if you can get a hold of one, it's great for medical students, and there are questions. The revised version will have updated photos and more questions. It may be the end of the year before we get a second edition out.
