Question for AProgramDirector: late grades still checked?

Hello,
I am just wondering if new M4 grades are looked at after the interview process...my school uploads an updated transcript when a new grade is posted, but I am wondering if programs even download the new files after the interview is over.

It will depend by program. It will probably get downloaded -- when we contact the ERAS postoffice all documents get downloaded (even those for rejected applicants). Whether it will be looked at or not is anyone's guess.

Be proactive. E-mail program coordinators and inform them that a new transcript has been loaded onto ERAS and ask them to place it in your file and to send it to the PD as well. If this is pre-interview, do as above, and if it really is a huge difference, find a way to non-chelantly bring it up during an interview. I did this when my Step 2 score came out. "Oh, did my Step 2 score make it to my file".
