Question For EM Docs

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
Curse everyone on this thread, including me!

I had (had, mind you, simply HAD) to go to the liquor store today. I came home with a 6 pack each of the following:

Carlsberg
St. Arnold's Elissa IPA
Real Ale's Rio Blaco Pale Ale
Dogfish Ale's 90 min IPA

And a couple bottles from the 10 deadliest Zins collection. Those just followed me home. I swear.

Take care,
Jeff

jeff-

I must admit I am stoked that little 'ol me influenced an attending to try my most favorite beer...enjoy!

This is my fav (when I can find it)

Allagash Tripel, Geary's Ale, and Shipyard Export
Definitely reasons to talk with that recruiter from Maine.
Wikkid brews and three of the best breaks on the East Coast along with decent tele country 90 minutes from beach make it a great place for those who still enjoy a good scribble in the snow.

I am working through a blend at the moment - I'm rather surprised, the Menage a Trois 07, excellent blend of cab, merlot and zin.
Any wine that you can buy by the bottle for $13.95 at Buffalo Wild Wings can't be all that bad. I've bought it a couple times.

Also, while Grolsch isn't my favorite, here is a good way to make a man cry.

Anything I can do. Mindful that the theme of this thread seems to have shifted to multimedia expressions of our fondness for EtOH...

BTW, not a bad beer. Much lighter than I expected. I'll have to try their double bock.

Take care,
Jeff

def died a little inside looking at all that wasted beer 🙁
Rangpur is my fav Gin
Lastly Dogfish Head Raisin' du (something french) all i know is it means "reason to be" That is a good beer, also (for you west coasters) enjoy the Liberty Ale from San Francisco Brewing Co.

This is my new fav (aside from a local brewery unavailable outside the city, so no point in posting) and a MUST for hop-heads:

Beware - it's 8.7% ABV but 100% drinkable

GV, without sounding like a snob, I just don't like Blue label (or Green, or black, or red, or even the white label, which is Dewars). The blended scotches don't taste "scotchy" enough for me, so I don't buy them, even though they are smooth as glass. Of course, I'm a heavy Islay fan, so the saltier/peatier they are, the better I like them. That doesn't mean I would turn it down if someone gave me some though.
Of note, everyone will be happy to know that the Fine Living channel has picked up the rights to Three Sheets, which will help everyone work on their beverage knowledge. They also have The Thirsty Traveler, which is a little sillier, but gives you some good knowledge as well.

Dude, this is by far my favorite beer. The taste is absolutely unbeatable. I get a little crazy when I partake sometimes though.

All these microbrews and fancy beers makes me a little reluctant to mention my favorite since it's so mundane.

But whenever given the option, I prefer a good old Sam Adams.

Nothing wrong with Sam Adams. At all. Don't worry about "mundane" - I just like the local products wherever I am. Why would you go to Hawai'i and drink Bud?

Snob.

Only in Australia.

Clothes come off as you drink.

I've had a hankering for a Mad Molly Brown Stout, which is made by the Golden City Brewery. Sadly, you cannot get that outside of the Centennial State.

BBC Nut Brown Ale. A local favorite.
