Question for Experiences section

I know this section is for us to add our time in clubs, extracurricular activities outside of PT, but if I volunteered to help say, at a marathon handing out water for one day, should I still include it? Or should I just include extracurricular activities that I had more hours, participation and/or held positions in? Thanks!
