Hey, I know you're out there and you like to lurk here with the cool kids.

I got a question. I see my derm once a year because I am a freckle-y white boy. Last visit, I said: "Hey Doc; is there anything I can use to help me not look like I'm walking around with two black eyes all the time (allergic shiners)? He prescribed a 6% hydroquinone cream and said: "Use it once a day for six weeks, then stop using it."

Okay. I did that. There is a modest but clearly notable improvement. Now I just look tired all the time, instead of looking like I pick fights with men twice my size for sport.

When can I use this again? I called the office, and forget outpatient office staff members for reasons we all know. Most data I find online says I can use it for a much longer duration.
