question on constant and unit of conversion

I been looking into the ADA sample test, and the kaplan test
in those 2 tests the unit of conversion was given to us, does the test from topscore and datachiever give the constant too?

in those 2 tests the unit of conversion was given to us, does the test from topscore and datachiever give the constant too?

I remember common constants like R, K, e, ... are usually given when needed, but I rarely see any conversion factor out there. I would get these memorized though.
