The practice test they give you is way easier then the exam I took. I got around a 75% on the practice exam and knowing it's scaled I was pretty confident and lost my sense of urgency where studying was concerned. When I took the actual test, it seems like I had to take an educated guess on near half the questions. I passed with points to spare, but I was sweating the results.
Assuming one has a good knowledge base, it's all about test-taking skills. A 137 on Naplex verifies that you have good test-taking skills. You could pass CPJE right now with points to spare.
