I'm doing post bac in hunter college and this is the first semester. As registering as a non degree student, my class registration is scheduled after those degree students finish their registration. I just checked for the classes with open seats, almost none of the classes that i wanted to take are left. My question is for those who did, or are doing a post bac in hunter, that how could you manage to register general science classes?

Good question. I'm struggling to get into classes as well.🙁

as a current post bac at hunter let me make some recommendations to you.

1. If you are trying to get into bio, keep trying. Spots will open, especially after the payment deadline. Those who haven't paid get dropped, so you can steal their spots.

2. Chem, you may be able to get the general chem instructor to let you over tally the lecture, but labs are not allowed to over tally.

3. Check out other CUNY schools classes, you may have to take one on an E-Permit, which isn't so bad.

4. If you already have a degree, put in your application for second degree status, which will help move up your date of registration for next semester.

Another thing I did, was put in all the numbers for each section of each class I needed, I didn't get the perfect schedule, but I got all the classes I needed!

Good luck!
