I'm confused what the diagram of the foot and the circle with SP, DP, and T is trying to show. It doesn't seem to match up with my dermatome maps.

Don't have the '07 version, but I think the same pic is in the 08. I think the diagram is a 'rough' sketch of superficial (SP) and deep peroneal (DP) and then the tibial nerve (T). Not sure if that was what you were asking though.
