hey I'm new to the board. This seems like a very knowledgable resource and I'm very impressed so far. My question is that on the Kaplan practice tests I couldn't go back to a previous question on the RC section, but i could on the Topscore. When i pressed "previous" it took me to the beginning of the section and I couldn't freely scroll through the questions that I have already passed. Which one of these is right for those of you who have taken the DAT? Thanks for any replies

When I took the DAT, I could go back and forth between questions. so Topscore's right. Plus, if I remember correctly, every time I proceeded to the next question, the passage is set to start from the beginning. I don't know if there's any trick to it that I can keep where I left off, but I had to scroll down the passage again to find where I was reading.

thats exactly how it works!!!

when you get to the RC section, the first screen will have just the passage. You can read it then or click next and it will take you to your first question.

When you answer question 1 and click next, the next question appears and the text at the top goes back to the beginning. So you have to scroll down again. And you can go bath and forth as you please.

Good luck.
