hey guys, i'm applying for categorical IM and couple's matching. my question is: when you scramble, do you scramble for a position in categorical IM or can you scramble into prelim IM and primary care IM? also, if your partner matches, is it nearly impossible to scramble into a program in the same city? should i just rank programs that i am not interested in because i'm couple's matching? thanks
