What are they looking for as far as this question?

Is there any additional information relevant to your ability to complete the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine program and/or be certified for licensing that the school should consider? If you answer "YES", AN EXPLANATION IS REQUIRED.

NO

Yes

It's basically just a question asking if there is anything that they did not ask about that could affect your eligibility to get a physicians licence or rotate. Some things I can think of right off the bat:
1) Serious mental disorders or disabilities that a licensing board would frown upon (schizophrenia, narcolepsy I'm sure there are others).
2) Serious Criminal history that ended in a diversion program and was expunged (rape, child abuse, felony drug crime elderly abuse).

The problem is schools can't ask certain questions that licensing boards and the DEA can. A school can't ask if you have a mental illness but a licensing board can. Schools can't ask if you've had an expunged case that went into diversion but the DEA can (and they specifically say they consider an expunged diversion program to be the same as a conviction. It leaves schools in a tight spot which leads to questions like the one you are asking about.
