Question re: MTB 2/3

Anyone else find the questions in MTB 2/3 to be frustrating and quite frankly, bad? I feel like the way they ask questions is not indicative at all on how the NBME likes to ask questions. The content of information like pathophys and general treatment I feel is good but some of their initial test/management stuff I feel is just poorly done.
