I am a dental school applicant and would like to hopefully apply for a specialty residency program eventually.
I heard that the dental boards are going to change to pass/fail.
If this is true, is it disadvantageous to go to a school that operates on a pass/fail system if I am interested in applying for a competitive residency?
How would a residency program compare an applicant who can provide their class rank and one who doesn't have one?
Does anyone have any insight on this?
