question regading letters of recommendation

hi,
i have 3 LORs from DRs i worked with from my country.the thing is, its been 2 yrs since i moved to US and am starting to apply now.
i dont know how to send them to each programs(not participating in PASS) do i make copies??
and some program give u a form to be filled by the recommending person but in my case its impossible to do that...any advice???

That's fine! Don't worry. Just call CAAPID or the concerned school and tell them ur situation. They would understand.
You can make cop pied, get notarized and then send them.
