Hello guys, I just graduated St. John's in may with a major in Bio and minor in chem. Im also a certified EMT. My overall is a 3.01, im not so sure what my science gpa is, prob a little under my overall, and I was wondering how high do I have to score on the MCAT to gain me admission to either SGU/Ross for the semester of January 2008?

SGU has an average GPA of 3.4 and an average MCAT of 26. So for you, I think you should shoot for about a 27 or 28.

January is less competitive so as long as you score decently on the MCAT (26+) you should be fine.

so when is the latest test date I can take the MCAT for enrolling in the january semester of 08 for either sgu or ross?

yea so it shows on the aamc site that the last 2007 mcat test date is 9/8/07...so if i dont take it by then i cant apply for the jan 2008 sgu/ross semester right???

I think they'll take applications up to mid-November but the class will probably be full by that time.
