Hello guys, I just graduated St. John's in may with a major in Bio and minor in chem. Im also a certified EMT. My overall is a 3.01, im not so sure what my science gpa is, prob a little under my overall, and I was wondering how high do I have to score on the MCAT to gain me admission to either SGU/Ross for the semester of January 2008?

SGU has an average GPA of 3.4 and an average MCAT of 26. So for you, I think you should shoot for about a 27 or 28.
January is less competitive so as long as you score decently on the MCAT (26+) you should be fine.
What about for schools like AUC, that have May classes matriculating in?
Sorry, SGU is the only non-US school about which I'm knowledgeable.

In terms of your application, I'd take it as soon as I felt ready. You'll want to get your application in so that it can be considered before the class is full.
I think they'll take applications up to mid-November but the class will probably be full by that time.
