question regarding prereq GPA

if a school only requires 2 semesters of chemistry and I take 3, what will be used in calculating my pre req GPA? will I choose?

for example:

Gen Chem 1 - A
Gen Chem 2 - B
Organic Chem 1 - A

i'm pretty early in my college career but was curious about this.

Most likely Gen Chem 1 and 2, but it depends on the specific school policy

Agree, unless the school specifically OKs this or you contact the school and ask them, you are instructed to mark Chem 1 and Chem 2 in PTCAS down as your pre reqs. (And if the school OKs using Orgo for a grade, you will still have to mark PTCAS with the first 2 classes....the school will just calculate a separate GPA when they get your app).
