Sure, Its not a peer reviewed journal, but it is still your work/research in print. (this is a body of your work, not just a citation in a larger work, yeah?) If I had written a novel and had it published I would have listed it - even though it wasn't specifically a story in a peer-reviewed journal

agree that you should put it in your CV. but most med schools admissions people will know that your pub was not in a peer reviewed journal. if you start getting lots of publications in peer reviewed journals, i'd take the non-peer review pub off your CV.
