Question regarding South Dakota

There was a newspaper article regarding reducing out of state tuition for South Dakota schools. Does anyone know if this also pertains to Pharmacy school?

No I haven't. I was thinking about applying there but only if the tuition is affordable. I read in an article in a Chicago newspaper that SD colleges and universities were trying to attract students from other states by lowering its out of state tuition rates. So I was wondering if someone knows whether this included their graduate/professional programs (i.e. Pharm school).
