Question regarding transcripts, making sure i did it right

i sent out ONE transcript from my school using the transcript request form from the ADA app site. I've only been to ONE school for undergrad so this is the school that sent in my transcript. Is this the ONLY thing i need done in order for ADA to calculate my gpa?

Once you filled in the coursework section, and the transcript arrives, then yes. They will only put you in the queue to get processed once you've e-submitted your application.
