Question regarding W's on the transcript

i don't think so...I had two during undergrad and didn't notice any cum GPA changes. I'm a post-bacc, BTW.

nope. I have more than a few Ws (usually in boring seminar classes) that I just dropped past the deadline. (However, I don't recommend this.) I'm doing okay in the interview process thus far, so I doubt the ad coms really give a lot of consideration to W's...

In the 2005 Amcas Instruction books "Amcas GPA will included the courses one withdrew from" So do I just list them as W on my AMCAS application or do I count it as a 0.00 in gpa calculation?

You don't calculate your own GPA in your amcas. Just list it as withdrawl and they will do the rest for you. I know they didn't count my W's in their GPA calculation.

Correct me if I am wrong, as of 2005 don't we have to calculate GPA on our own??
